A) Site Engineer With Relevant Marine experience of 3 to 5 Years
1.Candidates should be B.E.(Civil) with 03 – 05 Years or Diploma in Civil Eng. (5-8) years of relevant Marine experience.
2.Study of Specification and Tender, and interpretations of contractual conditions
Providing factual draft inputs for the preparation of Contractual correspondence with clients and subcontractor.
3.Day to Day correspondence and administration of contractual matters and follow ups.
4.Expertise in MS-Office/Auto Cad.
5.Experience in Billing
B) Project Incharge-10-15 Years of Marine experience
1.Candidate Should be BE(Civil)
2.Experience in RCC Bore Pile, Diaphragm Wall, Dredging, Breakwater, Pre-casting, Sheet Piling
C) Project Manager-8-12 Years of Marine experience
1.Candidate Should be BE(Civil)
2.Experience in RCC Bore Pile, Diaphragm Wall, Dredging, Breakwater, Pre-casting, Sheet Piling
D) Survey Engineer With relevant experience of 2 to 3 Years of Marine Experience
1.Candidates should be B.E. qualification with 02 – 03 or Diploma with 3-5 years of relevant marine experience.
2.Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys in order to describe, certify, and assume liability for work performed.
3.Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.
4.Record the results of surveys, including the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land or land features.
5.Calculate heights, depths, relative positions, property lines, and other characteristics of terrain.
6.Survey bodies of water in order to determine navigable channels and to secure data for construction of breakwaters, piers, and other marine structures.
7.Establish fixed points for use in making maps, using geodetic and engineering instruments.
8.Adjust surveying instruments in order to maintain their accuracy.
E) Site Accountant With relevant experience of 2 to 3 Years.
1.Candidates should be B.Com qualification with 02 – 03 years of relevant experience.
2.Do all necessary accounting entries correctly in a timely manner as per the company policy
3.Scrutinize and verify the bills , vendor bills, contractor bills, etc
4.Handle site payments & vendors payment.
5.Monitor expenses at the site & reporting the same to HO.
6.Creating regular reports to assist site team & HO for timely and in budget completion
7.Taking care of all local,HR & Statutory requirements
F) Site Store-Keeper With relevant experience of 2 to 3 Years.
1.Candidates should be graduate Pass with 02 – 03 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or recordkeeping.
2.Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom
3.Receive, unload, and shelve supplies.
4.Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies, and report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping
5.Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
6.Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
7.Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repair
8.Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management
G) Site Supervisor With relevant experience of 2 to 3 Years.
1.Candidates should be Graduate/12th Pass with 02 – 03 years of experience in general construction
2.A positive attitude and willingness to encourage co-workers
3.Excellent communications skills
4.Experience in supervising construction projects.
5.The ability to set priorities and exercise flexibility where necessary.
6.Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
7.Understanding of proper safety procedures and recognition of hazards.
8.Experience in managing heavy equipment & marine Crafts like Barge and Tug Boat
H) Operators for Crawler Crane, Hydra Crane Excavator, Back Hoe Loader, Farana.
1. Operator should be 10th Pass with 02 – 03 years of experience with proper license.
2.Understanding of proper safety procedures and recognition of hazards.
I) RMC Plant Operator, Plant In-charge
1.RMC Plant Operator /In Charge should be 10th pass with relevant experience of 2-3 years .
2.Understanding of proper safety procedures and recognition of hazards.
